Esher CC Teams
Esher CC fields three adult teams each Saturday throughout the summer, competing in the Surrey Championship. In 2010 the 1st XI will be competing in Division 2, the 2nd XI in Division 3 and the 3rd XI in Division 2.
In 2009, the club fielded a 4th team, or Academy XI, for the first time. This is a mixture of experienced players plus up and coming youth cricketers to enable the teenagers to gain experience of adult cricket. The Academy XI will again take the field in 2010.
In addition the Club will play Development XI matches on Sunday afternoons during July and August in order to provide an appropriate environment for cricketers in the U13 to U19 age groups to improve their games.
The Club has a very strong youth section from under 5 up to under 15, with teams competing in both the Mid-Surrey and West Surrey leagues. Further details can be found by clicking "Youth Cricket" from the main menu.
