Esher Cricket Club is committed to the safety wellbeing and protection of it's young members.  In order to ensure appropriate practice and procedures the Young Cricketer Committee of the Club has adopted a number of policies which must be complied with at all times and are given below.  All policies are reviewed on an annual basis prior to the start of each season.

In addition the Club has adopted the ECB Cricket Equity Policy and the ECB Safe Hands Policy which includes a formal reporting procedure.  A hard copy version of the ECB Sahfe Hands policy is held behind the bar at the Clubhouse at all times.

All coaches are made aware of, and comply with, the ECB Coaches Code of Conduct.
